Yes, Sea-Com guarantees all of the phone cards that it sells.  Additionally, if you discover that the cards you have purchased do not suit your needs, we will exchange them with-in the first 30 days after you purchased them for a more suitable card.  

What size discount does Sea-Com offer stores?

Sea-Com offers discounts of 20-35 percent to stores depending on the product purchased and the amount of the sale.  If there is a card that you are interested in, please contact us for pricing information.

Will Sea-Com offer discounts to individuals?

Yes, Sea-Com will offer discounts on orders over $100 for individuals.

Does Sea-Com offer higher discounts to distributors?

Yes, Sea-Com does offer higher discounts for distributors.  We are the master distributor for many of the cards we carry, and can offer the highest discounts available for that product.

Why do some cards have connection fees, maintenance fees,  rounding of minutes, surcharges, and taxes?

It is simple-you and your customers want to "SEE THE MINUTES"- they want to see big numbers.  Yet, at the same time we have to be realistic.  So cards give them 100 minutes for $5 to Mexico but also deduct taxes, add a weekly service fee, round the minutes, and end up with 35-40 real minutes and everyone is happy.  We also offer 100% clean cards where you can call minute by minute and the minutes will add up to what is offered on the poster.   This kind of card serves as advertised, but does not sell well--people want the perceived DEAL. If you are a little confused, that's okay--we are here to help you learn about your needs and recommend the ideal cards for your location. 

Does Sea-Com offer phone cards that can be used from outside the U.S.?

Yes, Sea-Com offers phone cards that can be used from outside of the United States.  We offer cards with service provided by AT&T and MCI Worldcom that have international access numbers. 

Should I buy connection or no connection fee cards?

This is a common question.  In general no connection cards are better for shorter calls, while connection fee cards do well for long calls. Four years ago, TeleCents gave us the best solution with their dual-rate cards.  These cards were awarded BEST DOMESTIC PHONECARD at INTELE-CARD EXPO 2001. This TeleCents/Qwest product also has amazingly good overseas rates.  There cards are our best sellers for domestic calling and serve the needs of 60% of phone card users.  We recommend staying away from "1 cent a minute" cards because the connection fee will eat the card up if not used for very long calls.  $5  cards typically only yield six 1 minute calls where as no connection fee cards often yield seventy 1 minute calls.  Again, call us for advice--we are here to serve and advise you.  

What are the methods of payments that Sea-Com accepts?

We commonly accept cash, checks, cashier checks, and money orders.  Other forms of payment including credit cards can be accepted when prior arrangements have been made.
